1. The instant criminal revision application has been filed against the impugned judgment dated 28.11.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra in Cr. Appeal No.15 of 2015 as well as order dated 07.04.2015 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in Complaint Case No.216 of 2009.

2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionists that the probation period has already expired. Thus, the present case has become infructuous by afflux of time and seeks permission to withdraw present criminal revision.

3. Counsel for the State has no objection.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the present criminal revision application being Criminal Revision No.156 of 2020 is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn.
