The petitioners have approached this Court under section 397 read with section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the judgment passed by the District & Additional Sessions Judge-II, Godda in Cr. Revision No. 25/2012/68/2012.
Mr. Sudhanshu Shekhar Choudhary, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the order dated 24th June 2015 passed by the Sessions Court is in the revision petition filed by the opposite party and, therefore, the present petitioners can maintain a second revision petition in the High Court against the said order.
The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce copy of the judgment on this point on the next date of hearing.
