Let a fresh status report be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of the case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299. The report must be received within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is also directed to take steps for issuing notice at the present and correct address where the opposite party no. 2 by both the process ordinary process as well as by registered cover with A/D for which requisites must be filed within a period of six weeks, failing which this Cr.M.P. shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
