06/11.02.2022 This revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 26.07.2018 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi in Original Maintenance Case No.129 of 2017, whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to the O.P. No.2-the wife and Rs.2,000/- per month to the minor son.

Learned counsel for the revisionist seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision with a liberty to approach the court below under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C., if there is any change in the circumstances.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the present criminal revision stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

In view of the disposal of the main case, I.A. No.2550 of 2020 also stands disposed of.
