05/08.02.2022 This revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 29.04.2019 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro in Original Maintenance Case No.212 of 2016, whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month to the opposite party No.2 and Rs.2,000/- per month to opposite party No.3.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the present criminal revision stands dismissed as withdrawn.
