This case is taken up through video conferencing.

The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents to cancel/recall the bail granted to the respondent no.7-Ajay Nath Sahay and respondent no.8-Rajendra Prasad vide order dated 7th February, 2020 for non-compliance of the judgment dated 31st July, 2017 passed by the Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranchi in Complaint Case no.06 of 2013.

Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that as per his information, Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranchi is now functional, as the Acting Chairman has assumed the office and hence the petitioner will pursue his application dated 29th September, 2021, seeking cancellation of bail granted to the respondent nos.7 and 8 in Execution Case no.06 of 2017.

In view of the said submission, no order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
