07/23.12.2022 Mr. Birendra Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party/caveator, on instruction, submits that the judgment and decree dated 22.02.2018 (decree signed on 07.03.2018) passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Hazaribagh in Eviction Suit No. 09/2010 has already been executed and the petitioner has been evicted from the premises in question.

Mr. Sanjay Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for two weeks' time to seek instruction on that point.

In view of the said prayer, put up this case under the heading "For Orders" after two weeks.
