The learned Amicus and Mr. Pratiyush Gupta, the learned assisting counsel to Mr. A.K. Kashyap, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner have tendered copies of list of dates and short synopsis.
Taken on record.
The learned Amicus has drawn attention of the Court to the evidence of the doctor who examined PW3 and PW7 who are the victims, to submit that no interference is required with the judgment under challenge.
Mr. Baban Prasad, the learned counsel appears and states that he intends to file an application seeking permission to array Ram Nath Bhuiyan as a party in the present proceeding. The learned counsel states that he has already filed his Vakalatnama.
Though Shiv Ram who is one of the victims has already been made party in the present proceeding and now he is represented through Ms. Madhu Priya, the learned Amicus, on the request of Mr. Baban Prasad, the learned counsel, Ram Nath Bhuiyan is added as OP No.3.
Let necessary corrections be done during the course of the day, with red ink.
