By a cryptic order passed in Matrimonial Suit No.528 of 2013, marriage of the respondent solemnized with the appellant on 11 th December 2010 has been dissolved.

Being satisfied of the plea set up by the appellant, we hereby stay operation of the judgment dated 5th May 2016 and decree prepared thereon in the aforesaid Matrimonial Suit No.528 of 2013.

Mr. Suraj Kishore Prasad, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant shall inspect the lower Court record and prepare notes on the proceedings conducted in the divorce case.

Post this matter on 16th January 2023 under the heading "Final Disposal" to be listed in the supplementary cause list.

In the meantime, it is expected that the parties shall explore possibility of an amicable settlement of their dispute amongst themselves.
