13/09.12.2022 Learned counsel for the opposite party State submits that S.L.P.

has been preferred by the State against the judgment dated 18.10.2022 passed in L.P.A. No. 69 of 2021. The S.L.P. has been filed only on 07.12.2022. As such, prayer for adjournment is made.

In that view of the matter, let the case be listed on 13.01.2023. Learned counsel for the opposite party shall file the latest update in the matter and whether any interim protection has been granted by the Apex Court.
