Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present.

It appears from the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner that compromise has taken place between both the parties in the complaint case pending in the Court below vide Complaint Case No. 575 of 2014 against which this Cr.M.P. has been preferred before this Court .

In this view of the matter, let the present status of this case be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of this case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299, and also in the light of the compromise which took place between both the parties in the said complaint case.

The report must be received within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
