02/05.12.2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply the fresh typed legible copy of page no. 109 by tomorrow. Let him do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition arises out of judgment of learned Commercial Taxes Tribunal, Jharkhand, Ranchi dated 28th April, 2022 on issue of correction of C-Forms. He submitted that out of 13 C- Forms, in which there were some errors, 11 were allowed to be corrected by learned Tribunal while the present dispute relates to the remaining two C- Forms bearing no. 19091213566883 and 241020338241210, as according to Tribunal, these two C-Forms contain a different sellers name i.e. SAIL branch sales office Bokaro and the TIN No. of a different entity. Therefore, petitioner-SAIL has been compelled to move this Court.

Learned counsel for the Respondent-State is allowed 4 weeks' time to seek instruction and file counter affidavit.

List this case after 6 weeks, so that petitioner, if so advised, may file reply thereto, in the meantime.
