1. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he has no contact with the appellant and he is not in a position to pursue the present appeal.
2. Since the present appeal has been filed against the judgment of conviction and as such it cannot be dismissed for want to instruction accordingly, learned counsel for the State is directed to inform the appellant for participation in the present criminal appeal through the concerned police station.
3. The office is also directed to inform the appellant through the Secretary DLSA, Ranchi and submit a report to this Court.
4. Office is directed to supply the copy of memo of appeal to the learned A.P.P and put up this case after three weeks.
