21/ 29.08.2022. Office has pointed out that there are inadvertent errors in the party position of judgment dated 28.04.2022 passed in this case, as appellant no.7(e) Khatija Khatoon, [W/o Md. Hussain and D/o Kasim Ali @ Md. Kasim] does not find place in the said judgment and name of respondent no.3 has been inadvertently typed, though respondent no.3 [Sukhdeo Singh, S/o Late Munshi Singh] has already died.

From perusal of the order dated 21.12.2021 passed in I.A. No.2571 of 2021, it appears that appellant no.7 has died and he has been substituted by 7(a) to 7(e) and further vide order dated 09.07.2008 passed in I.A. No.1490 of 2008, it appears respondent no.3 has died and his name was ordered to be deleted from the cause title of the instant Appeal.

Under the circumstance, let name of appellant no.7(e) Khatija Khatoon, W/o Md. Hussain and D/o Kasim Ali @ Md. Kasim be part of the judgment dated 28.04.2022 passed in this case.

Further, name of respondent no.3 [Sukhdeo Singh, S/o Late Munshi Singh] be deleted from the judgment dated 28.04.2022 passed in this case.

Let this order be part of the judgment dated 28.04.2022 passed in this case.
