08/25.08.2022: This appeal will be heard on the following question of law.

(i) Whether the decision of the first appellate court holding that the suit is not maintainable on the ground that the plaintiff cannot file suit for declaration of right and title on the basis of adverse possession is correct in view of para 61 of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court delivered in the case of Radhakrishna Reddy (D) through LRS. Vs. G. Ayyavoo and Ors. reported in (2019) 8 SCC 729?

It will be open to frame further question of law, if any, at the time of hearing of this appeal.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 2 to 7, for which, requisites etc. under ordinary process must be filed within two weeks.
