1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter has to be argued by Mr. Mahesh Tewari, Advocate and he is on legs in another court and therefore, he seeks adjournment.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents have referred to order dated 06.11.2012, wherein it was directed that this matter will be heard along with W.P. (S) No. 3153/2011 and other connected matters.
3. From the computer enquiry, it appears that the said batch of matters including W.P. (S) No. 3153/2011 have already been decided by a Full Bench of this Court on 16.06.2017.
4. Learned counsels for the respondents have submitted that nothing survives in the present writ petition. The learned counsels have also submitted that the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Full Bench has also been affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, but the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court is not readily available with the respondents and they shall produce the same on the next date of hearing.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, post this case on 22.08.2022 under the heading for 'final disposal'.
6. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted on the next date.
