05/16.08.2022             This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment of conviction and

order of sentence dated 23.04.2013 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Lohardaga in S.T. No.09 of 2006, whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 354 of IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. for two years with a fine of Rs.1,000/- and in default of payment of fine, further sentenced to undergo S.I. for one month.

A report has been received from the court below. From perusal of report, it appears that the appellant after serving out the sentence has been released on 29.09.2014.

Since the sentence has already been served out, the present appeal is, hereby, disposed of as infructuous.
