Perused the report submitted by the learned counsel appearing
for the C.B.I. in sealed cover.
Let it be sealed again and kept in safe custody.
Learned counsel for the CBI wants to file affidavit, in particular,
on two points:
(i) as to how after the judgment of conviction and order of
sentence having been passed in the concerned case,
further investigation would continue or is continuing; and,
(ii) under what provision of law, for investigation, permission
of Special Court is required to be taken as has been
stated in the progress report?
