03/08.08.2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of bereavement in the family of Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, Advocate on record, the matter may be posted on next Monday.

2. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in W.P.(C). No.3115 of 2015 with L.P.A. No.430 of 2014 and other analogous cases. She has referred to para 3 of the aforesaid judgment. She has also produced a copy of the said judgment before this Court which is kept on record.

3. Post this case on 22.08.2022 under the same heading.
