2. Heard Mr. Sreenu GArapati, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

3. Nobody appears on behalf of the private respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the present petitioner is on different footing as compared to that of the case of Manoj Kumar Madhukar (Petitioner in W.P. (S) No. 244/2014 which has been dismissed vide judgment dated 16.06.2022.

5. As the court time is over, post this case for further hearing on 08.08.2022 to be taken up at 2:15 p.m as the first case.
