It has been submitted that this case has been listed after long time, let status report be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of the case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299. The report must be received within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take steps for issuance of notice upon the opposite party no. 2- complainant by both the process, ordinary process as well by registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.
