Learned counsel for the parties is present. Pursuant to the previous order the report called for has been received which is available on record at Flag A from the Court of District & Additional Sessions Judge, VIII- cum-Special Judge-CBI, Dhanbad.

From perusal of the report it appears that the petitioner Sanjay Singh @ Munna after conclusion of the trial has been acquitted vide judgment dated 13.02.2019 and, therefore, the learned counsel defence counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that this Cr.M.P. has become infructuous.

Mrs. Sweta Singh, learned A.P.P. has appeared on behalf of the State.

In view of the submission, let this Cr.M.P. be dismissed.
