Both the parties are present including the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P.
Pursuant to the previous order, it appears that the report called for has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur vide letter dated 1st April, 2022.
From the perusal of the said report, it appears that the concerned case C /1 Case No. 1711 of 2010 against which this Cr.M.P. has been filed is finally disposed of on 16.02.2018 by the judgment pronounced by the concerned court of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamshedpur under which the petitioner Ram Pujan Sharma has been acquitted from the charges leveled u/s 323, 498 A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in view of the report, this Cr.M.P. has become infructuous and, therefore, let it be dismissed.
Learned A.P.P. also submitted that since the case concerned pending in the court below has been disposed of let the Cr.M.P. be dismissed.
Having taken into consideration the aforesaid facts and submission this Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
