Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present.
Pursuant to the previous order, the report called for has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, by which, it appears that C.O. Case No.85 of 2011, against which, this Cr.M.P. has been preferred, has been disposed of on 28.01.2022 by pronouncing the judgment of acquittal.
In this view of the matter, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this Cr.M.P. has become infructuous.
Having taking into consideration the submission advanced by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and fact, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
