Order No. 10: Dated: 8th April, 2022 Learned counsel for the parties is present. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that report of the notice issued to O.P. No. 2 has not been received.

Let a fresh notice be issued to O.P. No. 2 by ordinary process as well as by registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc. to be filed within two weeks at the new, correct and present address of O.P. No. 2.

Learned A.P.P. is directed to obtain a status of the investigation of the case.

Let status report be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of the case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299. The report must be received within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks adjournment to file Supplementary Affidavit regarding facts related to the quashing of the FIR in another Cr.M.P. No. 2104 of 2012 and also Status report.
