06/01.04.2022. This petition has been taken through Video Conferencing in view of

the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due

to COVID-19 pandemic.

I.A. No.7055 of 2021 has been filed for extension of interim order

dated 14.10.2019.

Mr. Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view

of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian

Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited & another v. Central

Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299, it was

necessitated to file this I.A.

Mr. Md. Kaisar Alam, learned counsel for the informant has appeared

and he seeks time to file certain documents.

Since the petition is still pending and learned counsel for the

informant is seeking time for filing certain documents, the prayer made in

the said I.A. is allowed.

Interim order dated 14.10.2019 is extended, till the next date.

Accordingly, I.A. No.7055 of 2021 stands disposed of.

I.A. No.4696 of 2020 has been filed on behalf of the informant for

vacating the interim order dated 14.10.2019.

Since the matter is still pending and the learned counsel for the

informant is seeking time for filing certain documents, it is desirable that the

matter be decided finally.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the said I.A. is not fit to be allowed,

at this stage.

I.A. No.4696 of 2020 is, therefore, dismissed.

Let this matter appear for Admission on 05.05.2022.
