03/30.09.2021 Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 306/201/34 of the I.P.C. vide impugned judgment of conviction dated 18.08.2021 passed in S.T. No.280 of 2018 by the learned court of Additional Sessions judge-VI, Giridih and has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 10 years with a fine of Rs.20,000/- and a default sentence under Section 306/34 of the I.P.C. and rigorous imprisonment for 3 years with a fine of Rs.5,000/- and a default sentence under Section 201/34 of the I.P.C. vide impugned order of sentence dated 26.08.2021. Both the sentences have been ordered to run concurrently.
