Learned senior counsel, Mr. Anil Kumar assisted by learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Satish Kumar Keshri has submitted that this Court has passed an order on 08.09.2021 directing the counsel for the State to verify whether in terms of Section 52 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914, notice under Section 7 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 has been served upon the substituted legal heirs of the original judgment debtor or not?

Learned counsel for the State, Mr. Prashant Kumar Rai, A.C. to Mr. P.C. Roy, S.C. (L&C)-I has submitted that one adjournment may be granted to verify the aforesaid fact.

As prayed by learned State Counsel, by way of last indulgence, put up this case after Durga Puja Vacation.
