It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that issue involved in this case has already been adjudicated upon however, neither university nor the State has taken care of the judgment delivered by this Court in Prashant Kumar Mishra and others Vs. State of Jharkhand and others, reported in 2017 SCC OnLine 1489 Jhr., which has been affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court, as also by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Let the State as well as University file a specific reply to the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Put up this case after Diwali Holidays.
