04/29.09.2021 These two appellants along with Suresh Kumar Ageriya, Chotu @ Chotu Chalia ; Shiva Pasi @ Shiva Gulgulia and Sohit Bilhor have been convicted for the offences punishable under Section 366/34 and 376( D) of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act by the impugned judgment dated 29.07.2021 passed in Special POCSO Case No. 103 of 2020 by the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I cum Special Judge, Bokaro and all of them have been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 30 years with a fine of Rs. 50,000/- each and a default sentence each under Section 6 of the POCSO Act; R.I. for 10 years with a fine of Rs.10,000/- each and a default sentence each under Section 366 I.P.C. by the impugned order of sentence of the same date. Both the sentences have been ordered to run concurrently.

Call for the lower court record in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 103 of 2020 from the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I cum Special Judge, Bokaro.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that co-convict Shiva Pasi @ Shiva Gulgulia has preferred Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 222 of 2021 and the other co-convict Chotu @ Chotu Chalia has also preferred criminal appeal, whose institution number is not available as yet.

Office to take note and tag the respective appeals of the said convicts along with the instant appeal. Prayer for suspension of sentence of the appellants made through I.A. No. 4612 of 2021 shall be considered after receipt of the L.C.R.
