05/ 21.09.2021             This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in

view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has relied upon several judgments in this case.

Mr. Prem Mardi, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No. 2 also submits that he has also relied upon several judgments.

Both the parties shall exchange their judgments, relied upon by them and they will assist the Court on the next date.

I.A. No. 1254 of 2021 has been filed for vacating the stay granted in favour of petitioner No. 2, which shall be considered on the next date of listing.

Let this matter be again listed on 16.11.2021. Interim order dated 28.05.2020 shall remain in force till the next date.
