2/21.09.2021 Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence
punishable under Sections 22 (c), 20(b) (ii) (c) of the N.D.P.S. Act vide impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 31.07.2021 passed in N.D.P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021, arising out of Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 206 of 2020 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Hazaribagh and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for twenty years with fine of Rs. 2,00,000/- under Section 20(b) (ii) (c) and same sentence has been awarded under Section 22 (c) of the N.D.P.S. Act and in default of payment of fine, he is further sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year and both the sentences were directed to run concurrently.
