02/20.09.2021 The appellant along with Walter Kerketta stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 (DA) of the I.P.C and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act by the impugned judgment of conviction dated 19.02.2021 passed in POCSO Case No. 63 of 2018 by the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV cum Special Judge (POCSO), Ranchi and both the convicts have been sentenced to undergo R.I. for life, which shall mean imprisonment for the remainder of their natural life and a fine of Rs.20,000/- each along with default sentence each under Section 376(DA) of the I.P.C. and further R.I. for 20 years with a fine of Rs.10,000/- each and a default sentence each under Sections of 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act separately by the impugned order of sentence dated 22.02.2021.
