2. Learned counsel for the State Mrs. Niki Sinha is also present.

3. It has been informed by Mr. A.K. Choudhary, advocate through the Court Master that due to some technical problem, his audio system is not working and therefore, he is not in a position to advance is argument today. It has also been communicated that he wants to file certain notes of arguments and judgments to be relied upon by him prior to the next date, so that the case may be ultimately argued.

4. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is adjourned and directed to be posted on next Tuesday, i.e. on 14.09.2021.

5. The notes, if any, should be filed latest by 11th September 2021.
