The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsels for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

03/07.09.2021 The limited point has been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present revision petition, maintenance has been given from the date of order not from the date of application which is mandate of the law as enunciated by the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Rajnesh Vrs. Neha & Anr. reported in (2021) 2 SCC 324.

In view of above submission, issue notice upon O.P. No.2 in the limitation matter (I.A. No.672 of 2020) as well as in the main petition under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.
