1. The instant appeal is directed against the judgment dated 23.11.2017 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sahibganj Camp at Rajmahal in Original Suit No. 93 of 2015, whereby learned judge has been pleased to dismiss the matrimonial suit filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, Mr. Raja Ravi Shekhar Singh submits that on account of out of Court amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, he has been instructed to withdraw the present case. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal.

3. In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
