02 / 01.09.2021 Both the appellants stand convicted for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned judgment dated 06.07.2021 passed in Sessions Trial No. 39/2017 by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Chatra and both of them have been sentenced to undergo R.I for life with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- each and default sentence, by the impugned order of sentence dated 08.07.2021.
