Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sinha has submitted that against the final judgment and order 05.05.2016, passed in LPA No.333 of 2015, passed by this Court, Jharkhand Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. has preferred SLP (C) No.27764 of 2016 which is pending before the Apex Court as it appears from order dated 17.08.2021 passed by the Apex Court, as such, matter may be listed after disposal of SLP(C) No.27764 of 2016 as the matter is analogous and squarely covered with the matter pending before the Apex Court.

Let the matter be appeared just after disposal of SLP(C) No.27764 of 2016.
