09 / 29.11.2021 Supplementary show-cause has not been filed. In fact, no show-cause has been filed after the last show-cause filed on 24.09.2021. A reply to the I.A. No. 5203/2020 has been filed by the successor to the opposite party no. 2 namely, Rajesh Kumar Sharma on 24.09.2021. Despite that, this Court has taken note of the submission of learned A.A.G-II, based upon certain instructions contained in a letter dated 06.10.2021 and on the request of the State counsel, adjourned the matter for 17.11.2021. On the previous date also, no supplementary show-cause was filed and part of the order under offence has remained uncomplied with. Though, learned State counsel sought one week time to file supplementary show-cause, but again till date, no show-cause has been filed. The matter relates to compliance of the judgment and order dated 17.09.2018 passed by this Court.

2. Let Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Secretary, School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Jharkhand who is the present incumbent of the post be impleaded as opposite party no. 3 during course of the day by learned counsel for the petitioners. He should appear in person tomorrow.
