06/23.11.2021 Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 376/417 of I.P.C by the impugned judgment dated 13.07.2020 passed in Sessions Trial No. 275 of 2015 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Spl. F.T.C (C.A.W), Bermo at Tenughat and has been sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 years with a fine of Rs. 15,000/- under Section 376 of I.P.C and default sentence. He has also been sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 1 year with a fine of Rs. 1,000/- under Section 417 of I.P.C and default sentence by the impugned order of sentence dated 16.07.2020. Both the sentences have been ordered to run concurrently.
