1. The instant revision application has been filed against the impugned judgment dated 09.08.2017 passed by the learned Addl. Principal Judge, Addl. Family Court, Dhanbad in Maintenance Petition No.420 of 2015, whereby and where under, learned court below had allowed the maintenance petition filed by the opposite party under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. and the learned family court directed the petitioner to pay Rs.4000/- per month to the opposite party and their daughter as composite maintenance.

2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the other parameters have not been challenged, only quantum of the maintenance has been disputed. The revisionist is a labourer and he earns hardly Rs.3,000/- per month and as such he is unable to pay the ordered maintenance amount.

3. Having heard both the parties and from perusal of the materials available on record, it appears that the court below after interacting with the parties has rightly awarded the maintenance amount as no evidence has been brought on record by the revisionist regarding his monthly income.

4. Considering the quantum of maintenance, this Court does not find any reasonable reason to interfere with the impugned judgment dated 09.08.2017 passed by Addl. Principal Judge, Addl. Family Court, Dhanbad in Maintenance Petition No.420 of 2015. Accordingly, the present criminal revision application being Cr. Rev. No.1485 of 2017 is, hereby, dismissed.
