2/17.11.2021 Sole appellant along with Taufique Ansari stand convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, by the impugned judgment dated 31.08.2021 passed in S.T. No. 247/2017, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Garhwa and have been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 15 years by the impugned order of sentence dated 03.09.2021.
