02/03.11.2021 The appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned judgment dated 23.08.2021 passed in Spt. S.T. No. 269/2009(A) by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla and has been sentenced to undergo R.I for life with a fine of Rs. 20,000/- and default sentence by the impugned order of sentence dated 31.08.2021.
