5(e) Vakalatnama appears to be scanned copy and not original.
9(ii) Execution of appellant stated at Vakalatnama does not tally with impugned judgment.
9(iii) Name of appellant stated at page no. 32 and Page no. 28 of impugned judgment differs.
Learned counsel for the appellant is allowed 4 weeks' time to obtain original copy of Vakalatnama from the jail authority and file it. The jail authorities are supposed to furnish the original copy of Vakalatnama as COVID-19 restrictions have been substantially relaxed. Rest of the defects be also removed within the same time.
