05 / 01.11.2021 The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under sections 376 (2) (i) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of POCSO Act by the impugned judgment dated 18.02.2021 passed in Special POCSO Case No. 242/2018 by the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Jamshedpur and has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs. 20,000/- and default sentence under section 376(2)(i) of the Indian Penal Code read with section 4 of POCSO Act by the impugned order of sentence of the same date.
