12. Statement regarding acceptance missing at the back of vakalatnama.

13. Name of petitioner of suit differs from that given on judgment and decree. Hence both may be sent to learned court below for verification and correction.

14. Year of the Act may be mentioned at (the portion of) provision of law.

15. Certificate may be filed.

16. Name of P.O. may be corrected at para 1, aggrieved and prayer portion of this memo.
