09/17.03.2021:         Considering the submission of the petitioners and in view of the judgment

passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of A.K. Bindal & Another Versus Union of India and others reported in (2003) 5 SCC 163, this writ petition is admitted for hearing.

The petitioners are directed to take steps for service of notice to the sole respondent by registered post with A/D as well as through ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.

In the meantime, implementation and execution of the impugned award dated 24.09.2018 passed in M.J. Case No. 32 of 2010 will remain stayed.
