3/17.03.2021 Heard Mr. Anis Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner
and Mr. Ravi Prakash, the learned Spl. P.P. appearing for the State.
This writ petition has been heard through Video
Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into
account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the
parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and
with their consent this matter has been heard.
Status report has been received wherein it has been stated
that Pintu Jha @ Uday Kumar Jha has been acquitted from the charges
vide judgment dated 12.03.2015 and the record was consigned to the
record room.
In that view of the matter, the instant criminal
miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
