Citation : 2021 Latest Caselaw 1293 Jhar
Judgement Date : 15 March, 2021
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI
W.P. (S) No. 3793 of 2019
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DR. S. N. PATHAK
(Through : Video Conferencing)
For the Petitioner : Mr. Diwakar Upadhyay, Advocate
For the State Mr. Mohan Dubey, AC to AG
11/15.03.2021
Mr. Diwakar Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the constables of the State are being denied benefits of ACP though they are entitled for the same. Learned counsel further argues that the issue has already been set at rest by the order passed by this Court in the Judgment reported in 2007 (4) JCR 443.
From perusal of orders passed by this Court, it appears that learned Advocate General himself appeared in the Court and took some time for resolving the dispute. However, till date nothing has been brought on record whether the dispute has been resolved or not and as to what steps have been taken by the State.
Mr. Mohan Dubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State undertakes to get the disputes resolved in view of undertaking given by learned Advocate General before this Court on 21.09.2020.
By way of last indulgence, put up this case on 22.04.2021.
(Dr. S.N. Pathak, J.)
