This writ petition has been heard through Video

Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into

account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Mrs. I. Sen Choudhary, the learned counsel for the

petitioners submits that the matter is covered in view of judgment in

WPS No.4863 of 2015.

The learned counsels for the respondent State and the

University are submitting that this matter may be taken up in the next

week to enable them to go through the said judgment.
